Terms of sale
What you get when you buy Grahak.
Last updated 3 October 2026.
Coming soon. Grahak isn't on sale yet. These are the terms it will be sold on. The price will be announced at launch.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Grahak. It is sold once, at the price shown at the checkout in your currency, with tax added where it applies. There is no subscription to us, and nothing is charged again unless you choose to renew updates.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there, and the old computer's copy stops holding it.
- For as long as you like. The licence does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again.
Trying it first
You can use Grahak free for fourteen days from the first time you use it.
Updates
A purchase includes twelve months of updates from the day you buy. After twelve months, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day. Further updates are an optional yearly renewal. Nothing renews by itself.
What Grahak does not do
- It does not pay anyone. Your ledger pays. Grahak sends it approved files, and you import them.
- It never decides for you. Accepting evidence, approving a third party, checking bank details, releasing a payment hold and approving a file for the ledger are always done by a named person with the role, on their own phone.
- It is not an audit or any other form of assurance. It is not accounting, legal or tax advice, and it does not act on your behalf.
- It does not supply a data licence. The sanctions lists Grahak fetches come from OpenSanctions, whose data is free only for non-commercial use. A business needs an OpenSanctions data licence. Meeting the terms of the data Grahak fetches for you is yours to do.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Grahak is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Anthropic's terms and usage limits apply to it. Grahak is not affiliated with Anthropic.
The data in your documents
Grahak keeps your records on your computer and your documents in your own shared drive, and your own Claude reads them. Screening people is processing personal data. You decide what goes into Grahak, and you are responsible for the personal data in it under the law that applies to you. That includes a lawful basis, a DPIA and rules on how long you keep it.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Grahak or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
Refunds
Thirty days from purchase, in full, no questions. The refund policy has the whole of it.
No warranty
Grahak is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that it will find every problem, that screening finds every listed person, that its findings are right for your circumstances, or that it is free of errors. They are yours to check before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
What leaves your computer, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
